Cancellation Policy

You can click “cancel” within 30 minutes if you don’t need the product, and the order will be canceled automatically. But over 30 minutes, you can apply to cancel the order, and we will confirm the cancellation. But there are 2 situations:

1. the order has been shipped;
2. shipment label of the order has been generated;

In both cases, we cannot cancel the order and you can only get refund by returning the products.
